Wellbeing Activities

Rachael Driessen, our School Psychologist has provided wellbeing activities to share. These activities are designed for children. Parents can read over the information and support children in engaging in these activities. Some involve the whole family and can provide an opportunity to normalise and role model strategies for self-care.
